3M-Matic 8000af Case Sealer Automatic flap folding and case sealing machine

The 3M-Matic™ 8000af automatic carton sealing machine is an advanced packaging device that combines high efficiency, precision, and minimal operator involvement. Equipped with 3M™ AccuGlide™ 3 taping heads and side drive belts with a dual gearmotor, it handles cartons weighing up to 38.5 kg and tape widths of 48–75 mm perfectly.

The machine automatically folds the top flaps of the carton, eliminating the need for manual handling and significantly speeding up the packaging process. Additionally, a carton separator at the infeed prevents packages from piling up and colliding under the taping head. The case sealer achieves an output of up to 40 cartons per minute, making it an ideal solution for intensive packaging lines.
