3M VHB 5915F Black Double-Sided Tape (various sizes)

3M™ VHB™ 5915F is a black, highly conformable acrylic foam tape with a thickness of 0.4 mm, designed for permanent and aesthetic bonding of many different materials, including powder-coated and irregular surfaces. Thanks to its viscoelastic foam core and modified acrylic adhesive, the tape provides high load-bearing capacity, excellent shear resistance, and long-term durability in demanding industrial applications.

Application tips:

Before application, surfaces should be clean, dry, and degreased. For challenging substrates, e.g., powder-coated, the use of 3M™ Primer is recommended. The tape should be applied with even pressure at room temperature. The bond reaches full strength within 72 hours.
