Usage guidelines

Choose the appropriate thermal transfer ribbon (wax, wax-resin or resin) depending on the durability requirements of the print. Before applying, make sure the surface is clean, dry and degreased. Store labels in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight, to preserve their adhesive properties and print quality.

The manufacturer provides a 12-month warranty on the labels, counting from the date of production. The warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects arising from adherence to recommended storage and use conditions.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions (temperature, humidity, UV radiation), incorrect application or chemical factors inconsistent with the manufacturer's recommendations.

The production time for custom labels is 10-12 business days.

Production tolerance is +/- 10% - payable in full.
