Usage tips

Choose the appropriate thermal transfer ribbon (wax, wax-resin or resin) depending on the print durability requirements. Before applying, ensure the surface is clean, dry and degreased. Store labels in a dry and cool place, away from sunlight, to maintain their adhesive properties and print quality.

The manufacturer provides a 12-month warranty on labels, counting from the production date. The warranty covers material defects and manufacturing defects arising when recommended storage and use conditions are maintained.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions (temperature, humidity, UV radiation), incorrect application, or the action of chemical agents inconsistent with the manufacturer's recommendations.

Production time for custom labels is 5-7 business days.

The production tolerance is +/- 10% - payable in full.
