How does the creator differ from a classic custom-printed tape order?

In the standard process, you send a logo file and wait 1-2 business days for the graphic designer to send a visualization for approval. The custom packaging tape creator reduces this step to zero. You create the design yourself in your browser and immediately see how the graphic will look on the roll.

Working independently in the configurator also means full control over the layout. You can move the logo by a few millimeters, change the background color, test several text versions – all without exchanging emails or describing corrections in words. You save the finished design and add it to your cart like any other product.

Who is self-designing tape for?

The creator was developed for online stores, warehouses, and logistics companies that want to brand their shipments with their own graphics without involving an agency or a graphic design department. If you have your logo in a PDF file, you can prepare the tape design in a few minutes.

The tool will also be appreciated by companies that frequently refresh their communication. A seasonal promotion, a new website address, a changed slogan – you can implement any of these changes in the design yourself and immediately order the next batch. The application of the finished tape can be done manually or by machine, identical to neutral tapes.

Five tape widths – from 25 to 100 mm

The creator supports 60 m long tapes in five widths: 25, 38, 50, 75, and 100 mm. Narrower variants (25 and 38 mm) are suitable for small, light packages and cardboard envelopes where a wide strip of tape would look disproportionate. The 50 mm width is a typical choice for everyday e-commerce shipping.

The 75 and 100 mm variants work well for large cartons and heavier loads, where a larger adhesive surface is important. A wide strip also provides more space for graphics, so the logo and slogan remain legible even from a distance. Each roll is wound on a 76 mm core, compatible with standard dispensers and sealing machines.

Sandwich+ EMU print technology

The graphic quality is ensured by Sandwich+ EMU technology with print resolution up to 1200 dpi and line precision up to 0.05 mm. In practice, this means sharp letter edges, clean logo contours, and faithful reproduction of fine details. Thin lines, small text, or delicate graphic elements remain legible even on a narrow roll.

You have 1 to 5 print colors available. This is enough for a logo, website address, slogan, and visual identity elements – everything a company tape usually needs. The print is also abrasion-resistant because the graphic is secured within the tape structure, not applied to its surface.

White or transparent film for printing?

White film creates a uniform background on which print colors appear intense and contrasting. Choose it when the graphic is meant to be the main element of the packaging and attract attention already on the warehouse shelf or in the courier's hands.

Transparent film works more discreetly. The cardboard surface shows through the tape, and the print looks as if it's directly on the packaging. This variant allows you to mark the shipment with your logo without changing the character of the carton itself.

Wholesale discounts up to 40% and lead time

The creator's price list includes four tiers: 20% discount for 144–252 units, 30% for 288–396 units, 35% for 432–684 units, and 40% for 720 units or more. Ordering larger quantities significantly lowers the cost of a single roll, and a design once saved in the creator can be used for subsequent orders.

The minimum order is 36 units, which is one carton. Production takes approximately 17 business days. The actual quantity delivered may differ from the ordered quantity by about 10% – any surplus will be invoiced additionally, and in case of a deficit, you will receive a refund. When planning your first order, factor in production time into your shipping schedule to ensure you don't run out of tape between old and new stock.
