Scotch® 3739 is a strong and reliable hot-melt packaging tape, designed for securing medium to heavy-duty packages. It provides high initial adhesion and excellent shear strength – even when adhering to difficult surfaces such as fiberboard. Thanks to its construction, it allows for effective sealing with just a single application. Ideal for packing and securing valuable shipments requiring durability, tightness, and shock resistance.

Application tips:

Apply the tape to clean, dry surfaces at temperatures above 5°C. The tape can be applied manually (using a dispenser) or automatically in 3M-Matic™ systems. It is suitable for packages stored and transported at temperatures from -5°C to 40°C. To ensure maximum strength, press the tape firmly after application.
