3. Send us the print design to sklep@dalpo.pl, providing the order number.
4. After receiving the complete order with the file, we will send the finished design for approval.
5. The lead time is approx. 14 business days.

Graphic file requirements

• Preferred formats: CDR, EPS, AI, PDF (text converted to curves)
• Also accepted: JPG, TIF, GIF

Due to technological reasons, the realized and invoiced quantity of ordered goods may differ slightly +/-10%.
*In case of production surplus, an additional cost/invoice will be issued, in case of producing a smaller quantity - a refund to the account.
