3M™ 847 is a high-performance, solvent-based nitrile industrial adhesive specifically designed for durable and resistant bonding of rubbers and gaskets. It features very good adhesion to various types of rubber, leather, and vinyl, as well as resistance to oils, fuels, water, and temperatures up to 120°C. Thanks to its low viscosity, it is easy to apply and ideal for applications requiring a flexible, durable bond.

Application Tips

Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and degreased. Apply the adhesive evenly to both bonding surfaces, wait a few minutes for the solvent to evaporate (the adhesive should become tacky to the touch), then join the components, pressing them firmly. The adhesive reaches full strength after several hours.
