Non-adhesive barrier tape with custom print is an excellent combination of warning, informational, and advertising functions. Made of durable PE film with a thickness of 50 or 80 microns, it is used for temporarily cordoning off hazardous areas, securing road construction sites, building sites, sports events, or outdoor gatherings. The possibility of personalization allows the tape to serve an additional function as a communication medium – from a warning, to a company name, to a full-fledged advertising message.

What is non-adhesive warning tape used for?
Non-adhesive barrier warning tape with custom print delineates an area rather than sealing boxes – unlike other printed tapes, it does not have an adhesive layer. It is stretched between posts, barriers, trees, or scaffolding elements, and the ends are secured by tying. The 75 mm wide PE film strip creates a clear line, visible from a distance, that is impossible to overlook.
One roll contains 100 m of tape, and the minimum order – 16 rolls – provides a total of 1600 m of ready-made fencing. This length allows for marking a large construction site or cordoning off the start and finish lines of a city run, with extra for replacing damaged sections. In terms of film surface, the minimum order corresponds to 120 m² of printed material.
Warning, information, and advertising on a single strip of film
Classic red and white tape only warns. The printed version does more, as any message can be placed on the film, e.g.: the name of the contractor, the event organizer's logo, a phone number, a sponsor's slogan, or a "private property – no entry" message.
A company whose name is repeated on every meter of tape transforms a simple security measure into hundreds of linear meters of advertising space. The print runs along the entire strip, so the message remains legible regardless of where a passerby stands along the barrier. On a construction site, such a print also acts as the contractor's business card, visible to every passerby.
Four background colors in Pantone scale
You can choose the tape background from four options: white, red, blue, and yellow. Red and yellow are immediately associated with warnings, making them suitable for hazard zones, excavations, and work areas. A white background provides the strongest contrast for a colored company print, while blue works well for organizational and event markings where the message is intended to inform rather than alarm.
50 or 80 microns thick?
PE film is available in two thicknesses. The 50 µm variant is sufficient for short-term fencing: a one-day event, emergency fault marking, temporary division of space in a hall. Choose the 80 µm thickness where the tape needs to work longer and in tougher conditions – on a multi-week construction site, for road works, or in winter when the film must withstand wind and frost.
Thicker tape offers greater resistance when tensioned and frays slower at the edges. Thinner tape, on the other hand, is lighter and cheaper per meter of fencing, thus reducing costs for large, short-term projects. Both versions are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use – the same roll will serve on a construction site and in a production hall.
Where is printed barrier tape useful?
Applications include all situations where space needs to be quickly and cheaply delimited. On construction sites, the tape marks hazard zones, communication routes, and work areas for individual teams. In road works, it separates excavations and machine work areas from pedestrian traffic.
Organizers of outdoor events, races, and sports events use it to guide routes, delineate fan zones, and technical support areas. Municipal services and property managers use it for temporary marking of breakdowns, green areas after spraying, or dangerous locations after a storm. In each of these situations, the company print incidentally informs who is responsible for the area.
Free design and discounts up to 35%
To prepare the print, only a logo and guidelines are needed – graphic design and three rounds of revisions are provided free of charge. The graphic is printed single-sided, and the roll is wound on a standard 76 mm core.
The price list includes three discount tiers: 15% for 32–48 rolls, 25% for 64–80 rolls, and 35% for 96 rolls or more. With the full discount, a linear meter of fencing with a company print costs significantly less than at the initial price, which makes a big difference in the budget for kilometer-long projects. The order fulfillment takes about 15–17 business days, so it's worth ordering the tape well in advance when planning the construction season or event calendar.
