Custom printed packaging tape with logo 48 mm x 120 m

Custom-printed packing tape with your logo is an effective tool for personalizing packaging, combining advertising function with high functionality. It is suitable for both office and warehouse work – ideal for sealing light and heavy packages, both manually and by machine. The print is applied using durable "SANDWICH" technology – laminated under the film surface, which protects the graphics from abrasion and moisture.

- Hot-melt (41 my) Tape made on a polypropylene carrier (synthetic rubber).
The most popular and versatile product with a wide range of applications.
- Silent acrylic (48 my) Strong and durable tape made on PP film with increased adhesive grammage. Guarantees high comfort of work – quiet when unwinding.
- Noisy acrylic (42 my) The tape has the highest possible transparency among packing tapes. Resistant to aging (does not yellow) and UV radiation. Over time, it increases its adhesion and durability. Excellent for long-term storage of goods.
- Freezer (41 my) Modified adhesive tape is an excellent substitute for solvent tape.
Maintains parameter stability even at very low temperatures
e.g. in cold storage.

Order process

1. Choose the number of print colors and film color, as well as the adhesive type. At this stage, you can also attach the print file.
2. Place your order and choose the payment method.
3. If you forgot to attach the file, please send us the print design to sklep@dalpo.pl, providing your order number.
4. After receiving the complete order with the file, our graphic designer will send the finished design for approval within 1-2 business days.

Graphic file requirements

• Preferred formats: CDR, EPS, AI, PDF (text converted to curves)
• Also accepted: JPG, TIF, GIF

Application tips:

• Application temperature: Apply tape at temperatures above +5°C.
  - Surface preparation: Ensure the packaging surface is dry and clean before application.
  - Application technique: Firmly pressing the tape increases its adhesion and seal durability.

Note!

Full-surface tape printing (Apla/Kontra) is subject to an additional charge of +10%.

*For photo CMYK print versions, an additional cost of 1000 PLN for the matrix is added.

• Due to technological reasons, the realized and invoiced quantity of ordered tapes may vary slightly by +/-10%. The surplus is payable at 100%. In the case of producing a smaller quantity, we arrange a refund to the account.
