Custom-printed packaging tape with your own logo is an effective tool for personalizing packaging, combining advertising with high functionality. The print is applied using durable "SANDWICH" technology – laminated under the film's surface, which protects the graphic from abrasion and moisture.

Order process

1.Choose the number of print colors and film color, as well as the adhesive type. At this stage, you can also attach your print file. 
2. Place your order and select the payment method.
3. If you forgot to attach the file, please send us the print design to sklep@dalpo.pl, providing your order number.
4. After receiving the complete order along with the file, our graphic designer will send the finished design for approval within 1-2 business days.

• Preferred formats: CDR, EPS, AI, PDF (text converted to curves)
• Also accepted: JPG, TIF, GIF

Usage tips:

• Application temperature: Apply tape at temperatures above +5°C.
  - Surface preparation: Ensure the package surface is dry and clean before application.
  - Application technique: Firmly pressing the tape increases its adhesion and sealing durability.

Full-surface printing of the tape (Apla/Kontra) is subject to an additional charge of +10%.

*For CMYK photo print version, an additional die cost of PLN 1000 will be added.

• Due to technological reasons, the quantity of tapes produced and invoiced may differ slightly by +/-10%. The surplus is payable at 100%. In case of smaller production quantity, we arrange a refund to the account.

What is custom-printed film packaging tape with a logo used for?

Custom-printed film packaging tape with a logo seals the carton and simultaneously brands it with your company's graphics. Every package sent reminds the recipient who it came from – even before opening it. Couriers, warehouse workers, and recipients' neighbors also see your logo during transport.

A roll with a width of 48 mm and length of 60 m fits manual dispensers and carton sealing machines. The core diameter is 76 mm, which is the same as standard sealers. This means switching from neutral tape to printed tape does not require replacing equipment or changing the habits of packing staff.

Printed tape also serves a protective function. Tearing it and resealing the package with neutral tape immediately stands out, so the recipient can easily recognize that someone has tampered with the shipment.

Which adhesive to choose for custom-printed packaging tape?

Custom-printed film packaging tape can be ordered in four adhesive versions. Hot-melt with a thickness of 41 my is the most frequently chosen variant – the synthetic rubber-based adhesive holds well on typical cartons and is suitable for everyday shipping.

Silent acrylic (48 my) has an increased adhesive grammage and unwinds without the characteristic cracking sound. If you pack for many hours a day or packing stations are adjacent to an office, this version significantly reduces noise in the room.

Loud acrylic (42 my) stands out for its highest transparency among packaging tapes. It does not yellow, withstands UV radiation, and its adhesiveness increases over time. For this reason, it works well for cartons that wait a long time in the warehouse before shipping.

The freezer version (41 my) was created for cold rooms and freezers. The modified adhesive maintains its parameters at very low temperatures and replaces solvent tape where ordinary hot-melt loses adhesion. Just remember that the application itself for each version should be carried out at temperatures above +5°C.

PANTONE or CMYK photographic print?

The type of print is determined by the circulation and nature of the graphic. PANTONE® color printing can be ordered from 360 pieces, which means from 10 cartons of tape. You can choose from 1 to 5 colors, which is sufficient to reproduce logos, website addresses, and company slogans in your corporate colors.

CMYK photographic quality is available from 540 pieces and allows photos and graphics with tonal transitions to be applied to the tape. An additional one-time die cost of PLN 1000 is added for this version, and full-surface printing of the tape (apla/kontra) is subject to a 10% surcharge regardless of the technique.

In both cases, the graphic is placed under the film using SANDWICH technology. The film layer protects the print from abrasion and moisture, so your logo reaches customers in the same condition it left the packing facility – without scuffs or fading. 

White, brown, or transparent film?

Match the film color to the cartons on which the tape will be used. White film provides a uniform, light background for the graphic and strongly contrasts with grey cardboard, making the print visible from afar. It will work well wherever the logo is to serve an advertising function.

Brown film blends in color with typical flap cartons. The package looks cohesive, and the print maintains a discreet, subdued character. Choose the transparent version if you want a visible graphic without covering the packaging surface – the cardboard shows through the film, and the logo appears to be printed directly on it.

How much does tape with a logo cost for larger quantities?

The unit price decreases with the quantity. The discount starts at 2% for orders of 432–504 pieces and gradually increases: 5% from 540 pieces, 7% from 720 pieces, 10% from 1440 pieces. For 2592 pieces and more, you will pay 15% less per roll.

For orders of 360 pieces or more, graphic design is free – just send us your logo file. Preferred formats are CDR, EPS, AI, and PDF with text converted to curves, although JPG, TIF, and GIF are also accepted. You will receive a ready visualization for approval within 1–2 business days, and production of the entire order takes approximately 12 business days. Due to technological reasons, the realized quantity may differ from the ordered quantity by +/-10%.
