tesa ACXplus 7063 – black acrylic foam tape for demanding constructive bonds

tesa® ACXplus 7063 is a high-performance, black acrylic foam tape designed for permanent bonding of hard-to-bond materials such as powder-coated surfaces, plastics, or metals. It features excellent bonding strength, stress dissipation capability, and high resistance to temperature and weathering.

Thanks to its viscoelastic acrylic core, the tape effectively compensates for differences in thermal expansion between bonded materials, ensuring a durable and secure bond even in extreme conditions. The special high-tack acrylic adhesive formulation guarantees very good adhesion even to low-energy surfaces (e.g., powder coating, plastic), and at the same time shows resistance to plasticizer migration.
