tesa® 4590 is a versatile tape reinforced with unidirectional glass fibers, laminated with polyester film (PET). It is designed for applications requiring high longitudinal tensile strength with minimal elongation, ensuring exceptional stability and durability of the bond.
Thanks to the use of synthetic rubber adhesive, the tape guarantees excellent adhesion to various surfaces, including difficult substrates such as PE (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene). It is also effective for bonding to smooth and corrugated surfaces, such as corrugated cardboard, metal, or plastics.
The tesa® 4590 tape is tear-resistant and maintains its properties in demanding industrial conditions. Due to its high tensile strength, it is perfectly suited for bundling, securing, palletizing, cable tying, and securing goods in transit.
